Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Minimum university degree. * Experience in MIG and TIG Advanced welding. * Advanced personnel management skills. * Availability to rotate shifts. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise the welding process in the production area. * Coordinate and lead the work team to ensure quality and efficiency in operations. * Monitor compliance with safety procedures and company regulations. * Collaborate with the engineering department on continuous improvement of welding processes.
