Asset supervision and performance indicator analysis **Warehouse and Procurement Supervisor** **Tecnologías Integradas Industriales Siderúrgicas S.A. de C.V.** – San Luis Potosí, S.L.P. **Position Purpose:** To comprehensively manage the company’s supply cycle, ensuring physical and administrative control over inventories, tools, and machinery, as well as timely negotiation and procurement of materials under optimal price and quality conditions. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Inventory Management:** Control of receipts, issuances, and physical stock levels; periodic reconciliation activities. * **Strategic Sourcing:** Identification of requirements, quotation solicitation, and negotiation with domestic suppliers. * **Asset Control:** Physical condition monitoring of machinery and tools, managing maintenance activities and loan vouchers. * **Logistics Operations:** Purchase order processing in ERP systems and verification of physical vs. documentary receipt. * **Analysis:** Development of consumption, savings, and inventory accuracy indicators. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–3 years combining warehouse inventory control and supplier negotiation. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Familiarity with industrial materials and tools. * Knowledge of fiscal regulations governing procurement. **Skills:** Sense of urgency, strategic negotiation, ethics, and analytical thinking.
