Ongoing training and an excellent work environment **Job Description** A private security company is seeking a **Vehicle Control Specialist** to join our operational team, responsible for controlling, monitoring, and tracking vehicle units, ensuring proper operation, route compliance, logbook maintenance, and documentation. Main Responsibilities * Control and record vehicle unit entries and exits. * Verify vehicle documentation and operator credentials. * Track routes and monitor vehicle units. * Prepare and maintain logbooks. * Report incidents, damages, or anomalies. * Coordinate with supervisors and the operations department. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance. * Validate fuel consumption, mileage, and asset custody. * Attend to and follow up with operators. Requirements * Education: Automotive or Industrial Engineering degree * Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle control, mechanics, logistics, traffic, or private security. * Basic proficiency in Excel and email. * Knowledge of fleet control and logbook management. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Service-oriented attitude and sense of urgency. * Organized, responsible, and proactive.
