We aim to strengthen our manufacturing processes at our **solid and liquid dosage forms plant**, ensuring robustness, traceability, and compliance at every stage. **The Challenge** We are seeking a **Validation Engineer** to ensure the proper execution of validation activities for processes, cleaning, equipment, and systems, guaranteeing compliance with **GMP** and applicable regulations at the plant. **Key Responsibilities** * Development and execution of **IQ, OQ, and PQ** protocols. * Validation of **solid and liquid pharmaceutical dosage forms** processes. * Cleaning validation and carryover verification. * Qualification of production equipment and support systems. * Preparation of technical validation reports. * Management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls. * Participation in internal and external audits. * Collaboration with Production, Quality, Microbiology, and Maintenance departments. **Candidate Profile** * Degree in **Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial Engineering or related field**. * **Proven experience in validation within the pharmaceutical industry.** * Experience in validation of **solid and liquid dosage forms processes.** * Solid knowledge of **GMP, NOM, and regulatory requirements**. * Experience in cleaning, process, and equipment validation. * High attention to detail and focus on regulatory compliance. **What We Offer** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Savings fund. * Grocery vouchers. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Parking. * Pharmacy discount. * Medical and psychological counseling. * Professional development within Psicofarma.
