Candidates will join an area with established coordination; therefore, the ability to precisely follow instructions, work effectively in teams, and ensure flawless follow-up (continuity) on every technical report and process is essential. **Essential Requirements:** **Education:** Recent graduate or currently in final semesters of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical assistant program. **Experience:** 0–2 years using artificial intelligence tools (ChatGPT, automation, digital assistants), Google Workspace proficiency, basic SQL knowledge (preferred), Outlook, Office, Dreamweaver (basic). **Responsibilities:** Technical Assistance: Provide telephone and remote support to customers via ticketing system regarding usage of our notarial system (patience and clear communication—teaching-oriented approach toward our software—is mandatory). The objective is to manage the operational technological infrastructure and lead the implementation of cutting-edge tools (AI, automation, and digital content) to optimize customer service. Technical Knowledge: \* Server assembly and hardware/peripheral maintenance. ○ Preferred (Basic understanding): General familiarity with IIS (Internet Information Services) and basic SQL queries. AI Implementation: Explore and apply Artificial Intelligence tools (task automation). **Mindset:** Proactive, oriented toward continuous learning (Growth Mindset), and capable of simplifying complex processes.
