Job Summary: Uvicuo is seeking a proactive, execution-oriented AI Product Manager to build an AI-first spend management product for fleet operators in LATAM, transforming customer feedback into real solutions. Collaborate closely with customers and the engineering team. We are looking for an AI Product Manager to build the spend management product for fleets in LATAM. Remote work from Mexico or Colombia. **Who We Are** Uvicuo is the fintech for logistics companies in Mexico. We offer corporate banking, expense management, and operational control solutions that enable fleets to automate and optimize their financial operations. We have just closed a significant Seed Round and are scaling rapidly. We are building the product that will define the AI-first spend management category for fleets in LATAM, and we need the PM to make it happen. **What We’re Looking For** We are not looking for a roadmap-and-presentation PM. We seek someone who executes: who speaks with customers weekly, converts that feedback into clear briefs for engineering, prototypes functional flows using AI tools before handing specs to tech, and follows through until things ship. The ideal candidate comes from an engineering background and pivoted into product, or has a strong technical background with real experience in fintech or B2B SaaS. **Responsibilities** * Constantly speak with CFOs, accountants, and fleet administrators to understand their real problems * Convert that feedback into clear, actionable product briefs for the engineering team * Prototype functional flows with Claude, v0, or Cursor before handing specs to tech * Prioritize the roadmap and track initiatives end-to-end * Coordinate with engineering, design, and leadership on every release * Evaluate AI features through a product lens: accuracy, latency, inference cost **Ideal Profile** * 3–5 years as a PM in tech startups, fintech, or B2B SaaS * Technical background: you come from engineering or are genuinely comfortable reading code and discussing implementation with engineering * You use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0) daily—not as experiments * Proven execution track record: you take a problem, solve it, and follow through to completion * You’ve done real customer discovery and know how to translate those conversations into product * Professional English **Nice to Have** * Experience at Clara, Mendel, Tribal, Konfío, Belvo, or similar B2B fintechs * You’ve shipped features powered by LLMs or agents to production * Familiarity with the Mexican CFDI/SAT ecosystem and accounting practices **What We Offer** * Salary: ~$5,000 USD/month (negotiable) * Equity with standard 4-year vesting * Remote work from Mexico or Colombia (occasional trips to CDMX if based in CO) * Direct reporting to the CEO from day one * Natural path to Head of Product / CPO post-Series A **How to Apply** Send your CV or LinkedIn profile to esteban@timetohire.ai or apply directly here.
