Surgical Technician / Instrumentalist (Arthroscopic Procedures)

Description

You will provide specialized technical support for arthroscopic surgical procedures (knee, shoulder, ankle, and wrist) and trauma surgery (spinal surgery), ensuring proper preparation, handling, and control of surgical instruments, as well as compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Preparation and verification of the operating room prior to each procedure. * Inspection, control, and assembly of surgical instruments and equipment. * Direct assistance to the specialist physician during surgery. * Operation of the arthroscopy tower and support during minimally invasive procedures. * Supervision of appropriate use of implants and medical devices. * Preparation of postoperative reports. * Management of assigned inventory. * Compliance with hospital protocols. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (degree and professional license are mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience as: * Operating Room Instrument Nurse, **or** * Surgical Technician, **or** * Circulating Nurse with operating room experience. * Desirable experience in arthroscopy or trauma and orthopedics. * Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and medical equipment handling. * Availability to travel to various hospitals across Baja California. **We Offer** * Salary: $13,900 MXN per month (take-home pay) * Grocery vouchers: $1,100 MXN per month * Commissions for assisted surgeries * Statutory benefits * Utility vehicle for transportation * Biweekly payroll Salary: Starting from $13,900.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company-provided vehicle * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you hold a nursing or instrumentalist degree and professional license? * Have you served as an Operating Room Instrument Nurse in arthroscopic procedures? * What is your salary expectation?
