




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, while managing teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and coordinate project progress 2. Inspect and identify materials for rejection 3. Ensure a safe working environment \- Completed bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field. \- Intermediate English proficiency \- Experience: Preparation, review, and submission of drawings; engineering and finishing work; crew management; preparation and maintenance of construction logs. \- Knowledge of preparation and review of generators \- Knowledge of automation (PLUS) **General Responsibilities** \- Monitor and coordinate project progress; determine required personnel and equipment prior to project commencement. \- Instruct team members on adapting workflow to specific project requirements. \- Analyze and recognize each team member's skills to assign tasks where they can perform most effectively. \- Assess and document structural integrity and safety of the construction project, ensuring work proceeds according to original design specifications. \- Inspect and identify materials for rejection, removing any components or equipment that fail to meet technical specifications or quality standards. \- Manage and organize documentation; review and approve budgets; develop schedules; collect supporting documentation. \- Coordinate internal workers' tasks; schedule external or subcontracted teams' interventions to avoid interference with other operations. \- Forecast and track supplier contracts; analyze material purchases, equipment rentals, or service procurements. \- Ensure compliance with current regulations. \- Guarantee a safe working environment for the team, based on best practices to prevent accidents. \- Prepare, organize, and submit weekly construction logs, or upon completion of each phase or specific task. **Specifications** \- Project-based contract \- Construction site located in Monterrey, N.L. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, including a midday lunch break; Saturday, 9:00–14:00.
