Develop and execute projects and activities aligned with company strategies to improve and control processes, as well as to manage relevant efficiency, quality, and cost metrics for assigned production areas through analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and tools. **Responsibilities:** * Resolve issues on production lines and provide support, resolve process issues, and ensure product manufacturing cycle time. * Implement projects to enhance capacity, reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency in operational processes. * Develop and optimize medium- to long-term processes and projects of moderate complexity and above assigned within the company. * Utilize tools and methodologies such as MKOS, Lean Manufacturing, Problem Solving, Quality Tools, among others, to develop and execute various activities and projects within the area. * Monitor and improve cost, efficiency, quality, and safety performance. * Update or implement systems to control and improve processes. * Standardize operations and methodologies within assigned areas. * Guide project teams toward the MKOS methodology. * Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies for processes. * Provide support in executing process, equipment, and material validations (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV). * Maintain effective communication with all departments, corporate offices, and personnel under supervision across all organizational levels. **Professional Profile** ***Experience / Technical Knowledge*** * Minimum or approximately 3 years of experience in direct production line/area processes. * Technical and process experience in molds and plastic injection molding and extrusion machines (desirable). * Knowledge of assembly processes. * Bilingual; oral and written proficiency at intermediate/advanced level. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in AS400, M\-Power, 3M, Packdraw, Macros. * Beginner/intermediate proficiency in Project, Minitab, and AutoCAD. * Knowledge and implementation capability in Lean Manufacturing, Problem-Solving Tools and Quality, Core Tools, Six Sigma. * Data interpretation and analysis for decision-making. * Knowledge of ISO 13485 standard and FDA regulations CFR21\.820 and CFR21\.11. ***Competencies / Soft Skills*** * Teamwork, ease of data interpretation, determination, proactivity, results orientation, sense of urgency, leadership, people orientation, negotiation skills. * Decision-making leading to positive outcomes based on analysis. * Ability to manage diverse resources according to their individual capabilities, as well as develop and retain them. * Ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously. * Availability across shifts. * Consistently responsible and professional. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Processes and Operations Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent discipline related to industrial processes or automation. * Master’s degree related to industrial processes (desirable).
