




Job Summary: This Operations Engineer / Onboarding role is critical for implementing and customizing the Vambe platform, serving as the bridge between product and customer to ensure user autonomy. High impact and accelerated learning in SaaS customer engagement. **Operations Engineer / Onboarding** **Location:** Roma Norte, CDMX (on-site) **Schedule:** Full-time **Seniority:** Junior / Semi-Senior **Department:** Operations **Role Purpose** Implement and customize the Vambe platform for each new client, ensuring the technology addresses their real needs. This role serves as the bridge between product and customer: it understands business pain points, configures the solution, and guarantees user autonomy from day one. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement Vambe configurations according to each client’s specific context. * Manage an active portfolio of onboardings, ensuring timely activation and early adoption. * Resolve technical incidents and complex requirements during the implementation phase. * Collaborate with the product team to propose improvements based on recurring customer feedback. * Research and apply NLP techniques to enhance the platform’s capabilities. * Document processes and best practices to scale future implementations. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field (in progress or completed). * 1–3 years of experience in technical roles (ideally in SaaS or startups). * Practical experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar). * Knowledge of AI or Natural Language Processing (NLP). **Desirable Requirements** * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical configurations. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Commercial acumen: knows how to speak with customers without sounding like first-level support. **Compensation and Benefits** * Market-competitive compensation (to be determined based on profile). * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * 15 vacation days + 2 additional weeks (non-accumulative). * Daily lunch provided at the office. * Mac assigned for work use. **Culture / Impact** Onboarding is the most critical moment in a SaaS customer relationship.
