Collaboration with international teams (daily use of English) **Test Engineer / Ingeniero de Pruebas (Intermediate – Senior Level)** **Work Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León** **Work Mode: On-site** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:36 p.m.** **Salary and Benefits** * From $25,000 to $43,000 monthly gross (based on experience) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability and growth opportunities * Exposure to global projects and teams **What will you do in this role?** We seek Test Engineers with experience in production environments, focused on system, server, and hardware validation within the electronics industry. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation of critical equipment and systems on manufacturing lines, collaborating with technical teams globally. **Key Responsibilities** * Execution and validation of tests on systems and servers * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software failures * Analysis of test results and generation of reports * Validation of system and firmware configurations * Technical support in Linux/server environments * Participation in NPI (New Product Introduction) processes * Collaboration with international teams (**daily use of English**) **Requirements** * Completed degree in Engineering (Systems, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field) * +2 to 3 years of experience in testing, validation, or technical support * Experience working with servers and computer systems * **Experience in the electronics industry (mandatory)** * **Advanced English (MANDATORY)** * Knowledge of Linux and technical troubleshooting **Plus** * Scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.) * Experience in test automation * Valid visa and passport Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $43,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Would you have any objection to relocating to Parque Finsa in Santa Catarina?
