**Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate the execution of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with architectural specifications, finish quality, construction scheduling, and proper management of contractors and materials. Key Responsibilities * Supervision of luxury residential construction work. * Monitoring of the construction schedule and adherence to deadlines. * Physical progress tracking and report preparation. * Quality control of finishes and construction processes. * Interpretation of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Supervision of masonry, finishes, façades, and interiors. * Material control and requisition. * Validation of estimates and generators. * Coordination with architecture, MEP, and after-sales departments. * Follow-up on details for housing delivery. * On-site incident response and resolution. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in luxury residential construction. * Knowledge of premium finishes, carpentry, marble, glazing systems, and façades. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. * Understanding of construction processes and site management. * Flexible working hours.
