Seeking to integrate your talent as: **URBANIZATION SITE RESIDENT** **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Engineering and/or Architecture (Degree holder) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Sundays off, with flexible availability. **LOCATION:** Chalco — residency near this area is mandatory. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare budgets for upcoming work. * Prepare material requisitions for scheduled work, controlling general project materials (warehouse material release vouchers). * Prepare estimates for payments related to ongoing work. * Develop construction schedules for assigned work and review project blueprints. * Supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with project specifications. * Monitor concrete quality control for supplied concrete. * Receive electrical equipment (transformers, junction boxes, poles, lamps, photocells, cables, etc.) for low- and high-voltage work. * Control earthworks and material movement. * Control receipt and assembly of steel structures. * Control excavation and backfill activities for drainage and potable water works, and conduct required tests. * Supervise maintenance activities for development infrastructure. **KNOWLEDGE:** **Knowledge of hydraulic, sanitary, and electrical works.** **Knowledge and application of surveying and leveling.** **Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.** **Blueprint interpretation.** **SKILLS:** Personnel management Results-oriented Problem-solving ability Ability to work under pressure Frustration tolerance Attention to detail and organizational skills Proactive attitude **WE OFFER:** Salary: $19,000.00 Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Cafeteria service Interested candidates may apply through this channel We want to assure you that at no point will we request money from you as part of our hiring process.
