Product development and optimization in the chemical/food sector **Vacancy: Research and Development (R\+D) Analyst** A company in the chemical/food sector is seeking an R\+D Analyst focused on product development, continuous improvement, and innovation to contribute to portfolio growth and compliance with quality standards. **Job Objective:** Develop, formulate, and optimize products using experimental methodologies, ensuring technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and alignment with customer and business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Design, execute, and document laboratory tests for product development and improvement * Formulate new products and optimize existing ones based on technical and commercial requirements * Perform physicochemical analyses and evaluate results * Prepare and update technical documentation: technical data sheets, safety data sheets, specifications, and reports * Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, FAMI\-QS) * Participate in technology transfer from laboratory to production * Coordinate and monitor R\+D projects (timelines, testing, validations) * Provide technical support to internal departments (sales, production, quality) and, occasionally, to customers * Research market trends, raw materials, and emerging technologies for product innovation **Required Profile:** * Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field * Experience in laboratory work, product development, or R\+D areas * Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations (ISO, FSSC, FAMI\-QS) * Proficiency in laboratory equipment and analytical techniques * Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis) * Technical English (reading proficiency primarily) **Key Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and problem-solving * Project organization and management * Attention to detail * Proactivity and innovation * Effective communication and teamwork **Working Conditions:** * Availability for occasional visits to production facilities or customers * Laboratory and technical environment work **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with qualifications * Professional growth and development * Environment focused on continuous improvement and quality If you are interested in applying, please send your CV to 5611488500 Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
