




Job Summary: This role involves inspecting and measuring parts, implementing containment actions, generating quality reports, and documenting process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspection and measurement of parts using advanced metrology equipment 2. Active participation in quality process improvement 3. Generation of quality reports and internal/external documentation - Perform start-of-shift verifications. - Issue measuring instruments. - Inspect parts according to the inspection frequency specified in the inspection report. - Measure parts using required and available metrology equipment in the lab; CMMs, manual and automatic vision machines, calipers, micrometers, surface roughness testers, GAGES, etc. - Implement in-process containment actions. - Issue quality alerts and post them on the quality board according to assigned part numbers. - Release production at the end of the shift and upon completion of the order. - Generate daily scrap report. - Document, implement, and validate quality process improvements. - Perform incoming inspection/receipt at the raw material warehouse. - Release raw materials with the “Released Material” stamp. - Prepare requested internal and external documentation, as well as actively participate in validation of assigned new projects.
