***Activities*** · **Engage in the Integrated Management System of Metlac Group.** · Participate in and follow up on continuous improvement projects across different areas, from data collection to results evaluation. · Support the coordination and documentation of corrective actions and track the closure of non-conformities. · Ensure the updating, control, and continuous improvement of Quality Management System documentation. · Participate in preparation for external certification audits and/or customer audits. · Analyze relevant performance data and prepare reports for decision-making. · Apply statistical tools (such as Minitab) for process analysis. · Ensure projects align with structured, results-oriented methodologies. · Collaborate closely with the Safety department to facilitate future integration of systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001\). · Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of quality processes using tools such as advanced Excel, Power Automate, or Power BI. · Participate in designing visual dashboards for tracking indicators and improving communication of results. · Provide basic documentation support to the HSE department under the coordination of the Quality Assurance Manager, including document review, creation of templates, and tracking administrative tasks related to the Safety Management System. ***Requirements*** · Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). · Experience with Minitab or other statistical software. · Practical knowledge of ISO 9001\ standard. · Basic or intermediate knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001\. · Ability to apply statistical tools and improvement methodologies (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, PDCA, DMAIC, etc.). · Advanced English (ability to read technical documents and participate in audits in English). · 2 years of experience in a similar role.
