Job stability ### **Position Objective** Manage, negotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable commercial, legal, and operational terms for the company, guaranteeing compliance with costs, timelines, scope, and internal policies. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Draft, review, and administer contracts with goods and services suppliers. * Negotiate commercial terms: pricing, validity period, service level agreements (SLA), penalties, and payment conditions. * Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations departments for contractual validation. * Monitor contract compliance and renewals. * Track expirations, annexes, and contractual documentation. * Analyze contractual risks and propose improvements. * Administer framework agreements and long-term contracts. * Evaluate supplier performance against contractual obligations. * Maintain an up-to-date database of contracts and suppliers. * Support internal audits and compliance reviews. ### **Required Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–4 years in procurement, contracts, or supplier management. * Preferred experience in service, construction, leasing, or project-related contracts. * Experience negotiating contracts and commercial terms. * Basic to Intermediate English **Technical Knowledge:** * Contract administration and control. * Commercial negotiation and cost analysis. * Basic interpretation of legal clauses. * ERP or procurement system proficiency. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel. **Competencies** * Negotiation skills. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational and document control skills. * Effective communication. * Collaborative work with Legal and Finance departments. * Critical thinking. * Results-oriented mindset. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits and additional benefits (as per company policy). * Job stability. * Professional development in strategic procurement. * Participation in high-impact negotiations.
