Job Summary: Lead ERP system implementation and optimization projects in manufacturing, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a Project Manager with solid experience in the **manufacturing industry in the southern part of CDMX, hybrid work model**. **Job Objective** **Lead ERP system implementation and optimization projects in manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment among business processes, technology, and the company’s strategic objectives. Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and guaranteeing delivery on time, within budget, and scope**. **Main Responsibilities** * **Lead ERP implementation projects (end\-to\-end).** * **Business process analysis, documentation, and redesign (AS\-IS / TO\-BE).** * **Coordination with key departments: Production, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Procurement, Quality.** * **Organizational change management.** * **Executive reporting to the Project Manager.** **Required Experience** * **3\+ years in technology-driven process management projects.** * **2\+ years implementing ERP systems in the manufacturing industry.** * **Experience with at least one of the following ERPs:** * **SAP S/4HANA** * **Oracle NetSuite** * **Microsoft Dynamics 365** * **Infor CloudSuite Industrial** * **Experience in MRP, production planning, inventory control, and costing.** **Multi-site project experience is desirable** * **Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).** **Academic Background** * **Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.** * **BPM certification is desirable.** **Key Competencies** * **Active communication.** * **User negotiation skills.** * **Strategic thinking.** * **Results orientation.** * **Strong analytical ability.** * **Change management.** * **SALARY: $35,000 – $50,000 MXN per month (based on experience and ERP expertise).** Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Tláhuac, CDMX
