Job Summary: Production Supervisors direct activities within the operations team related to production, inventory management, and quality control. These highly motivated individuals ensure efficient production while promoting and practicing safety in accordance with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities and Requirements: Basic knowledge of CNC programming. Knowledge of customer-focused manufacturing tools (FMEA, VSM, 6S, SMED, etc.). Statistical process control. Production planning across multiple work centers. KPI management (utilization, efficiency, productivity, waste, rework). Root cause analysis for problem resolution in customer-focused manufacturing. Excellent Excel proficiency. Microsoft Project or similar software. Knowledge of customer-focused manufacturing tools (FMEA, VSM, 6S, SMED, etc.). Other duties as assigned. Preferred Experience and Skills: Mechanical or Industrial Engineer. Experience with ISO-9000-14000. Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME).
