Chapultepec **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:15 pm **Purpose of the Position** Ensure product quality on the production floor through process control, failure analysis, containment, and customer requirement compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D). * Develop and maintain Process FMEA and Control Plans. * Basic PPAP knowledge. * Perform MSA and SPC studies. * Address internal nonconformities and containment actions. * Verify critical process parameters. * Coordinate tests, validations, and releases. * Train personnel on visual criteria and critical parameters. * Provide direct support to production. **Requirements** * Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field. * Experience in process quality on the production floor. * Basic knowledge of Core Tools: SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA. * Manufacturing sector experience preferred. **Competencies** * Problem solving. * Direct work with production and operations. * Critical thinking. * Technical order and discipline. **Position Indicators** * Scrap. * Internal PPM. * Problem response time. * Number of recurring failures. **We Offer** * Salary of **$13,500 to $16,000 net monthly**. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Growth opportunities.
