Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and standardize cardboard and packaging production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and waste reduction. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and resolution of production problems **Job Objective** Optimize, standardize, and improve cardboard and packaging production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, waste reduction, and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for corrugated cardboard, boxes, and packaging materials. * Design, document, and update process sheets, work instructions, and operating parameters. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S). * Reduce material loss, rework, and downtime on production lines. * Provide technical support to production for resolving process and quality issues. * Coordinate testing of new materials, designs, and equipment. * Monitor performance indicators (OEE, scrap, efficiency, productivity). * Participate in automation projects, line balancing, and plant layout planning. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards. * Train operational staff on new processes and implemented improvements. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience in production processes (preferably in the cardboard, paper, or packaging industry). * Knowledge of corrugating, printing, die-cutting, gluing, and assembly processes (preferred). * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis software. **Competencies** * Problem analysis and resolution * Results orientation * Teamwork * Effective communication * Focus on continuous improvement * Organization and follow-up No problem relocating to the airport.
