





Overview:### **Process Engineer** **Location: San Juan del Río, Querétaro** Do you like finding smarter ways to get things done? It's precision engineering, and your job will be making our processes faster, safer, and more profitable.### **The Role** You will analyze how we produce and discover ways to improve it. You'll enhance processes, solve problems, and ensure we meet standards without wasting time or money. Responsibilities:### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and optimize manufacturing processes and controls. * Conduct tests and experiments to improve performance. * Document changes and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System. * Lead corrective actions when issues arise. * Train teams on new processes and best practices. * Create ergonomic workstations that facilitate operations and meet regulatory requirements. * Support new product development and process validation. * Solve problems using FMEA and other analysis tools. * Collaborate with other departments on safety and continuous improvement projects. Qualifications: ### **What We're Looking For** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, or related field. * Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. * Knowledge of Lean tools (SMED, VSM, TPM, 6S). * Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate skills in Minitab. * Statistical knowledge: process capability, hypothesis testing, DOE. * Problem-solving mindset (8D, PDCA, Pareto, Ishikawa). * Written and spoken English. * Clear communication and teamwork skills. * Organized with strong planning abilities. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. * Experience in injection molding or ceramic processes. * Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100. ### **What We Offer** A role where your work has real impact on efficiency and quality.
