




Job Summary: Supervise the quality of the production process, implement continuous improvements, and ensure food safety by conducting audits and training personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and assurance of quality standards in production. 2. Implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement tools. 3. Analysis of deviations and generation of corrective and preventive actions. **Job Conditions:** * **Availability to rotate shifts** (morning, afternoon, and night). * Work on the production floor. * Work under pressure and meet targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards at each stage of the production process. * Implement and monitor continuous improvement tools (5S, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc.). * Analyze process deviations and generate corrective and preventive actions. * Conduct internal quality, process, and food safety audits. * Develop and update quality procedures, work instructions, and records. * Coordinate trials, validations, and release of in-process and finished products. * Monitor quality indicators (rejections, rework, scrap, etc.). * Train operational staff on quality topics and good practices. * Address and follow up on internal and customer non-conformities.
