Job Summary: Optimize manufacturing processes, provide engineering support, develop technical documentation, and implement improvements for new and existing products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manufacturing process optimization for efficiency and quality. 2. Engineering support to production and maintenance. 3. Technical documentation development and updating. * Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. * Provide engineering support to production and maintenance, resolving failures and improving operational uptime. * Develop, document, and update SOPs, BOMs, and CRDs for new and existing products. * Implement improvements and validations on tools, jigs, and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards (UL, OSHA, ESD). * Collaborate with customers, engineering, and management for new product introduction (NPI) and resolution of production issues.
