Therefore, we seek committed, honest collaborators eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as: **PMO ANALYST** Develop and ensure flawless execution of work plans by administering organizational changes through rigorous task tracking, validating progress evidence, proposing operational process improvements, and proactively monitoring results to ensure timely and proper delivery. **Required Profile:** * Academic Background: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering * Areas of Knowledge: Project Management, Methods and Procedures **Main Responsibilities:** * Project Management: Planning, schedule control, and autonomous change management to ensure on-time deliveries. * Control and Monitoring: Proactive coordination of involved areas to prevent delays in weekly tasks. * Documentation: Meticulous validation and recording of evidence to guarantee traceability of each process. * Effective Communication: Leading meetings and preparing clear progress reports supported by AI tools. * Results analysis to propose improvements that enhance operational efficiency. **Theoretical\-Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in traditional methodologies (Waterfall) and agile frameworks (preferably SCRUM). * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Meet, Drive, Sheets) and Zoom. * **Management Software:** Proficiency in Office suite. **Skills:** * Self-management * Attention to Detail * Monitoring and Control * Assertive Communication * Negotiation Ability * Meeting Leadership * Writing and Spelling Benefits * Gross monthly salary: $20,000 GROSS * Work Location: Santa Fe * Schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid model.
