Job Summary: We are seeking a Performance Testing and Engineering Leader for strategic initiatives, with strong analytical skills, sound judgment under pressure, and leadership capability to guide other engineers. Others understand how a system behaves when the business truly starts demanding more from it. The Challenge You will lead strategic performance testing and performance engineering initiatives — defining non-functional requirements, conducting volumetric analysis, investigating multi\-tier issues, establishing system health KPIs, and proposing long-term technical improvements. You will also maintain constant interaction with technical and business stakeholders, global teams, onsite/offshore resources, and leadership — making communication as critical as technical depth. We seek experience in: \+10 years in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering \+5 years in a lead role, onsite coordination, or operations with global teams Tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar JVM / Garbage Collection analysis SQL query optimization Caching and API response time optimization Microservices, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP), and on\-premise environments APM / observability using tools like Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog Definition of NFRs, baselines, KPIs, and volumetric analysis Intermediate\-advanced English This role demands an uncommon combination: Deep technical expertise to investigate root causes.
