




PAYROLL SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS: * Experience: Minimum 2 years (verifiable) * Education: Bachelor's degree (accounting) and/or Higher Technician (mandatory) * Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT * Good teamwork and communication skills * Responsible. * Accustomed to working with a focus on achieving objectives and meeting goals. * Availability to work full time (Mon-Fri from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) JOB OBJECTIVE: * Process and manage payroll, ensuring all employees receive their salaries and compensations correctly and on time; possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent calculation errors and/or issues with labor and tax laws. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Management of worked hours, overtime, settlements, terminations, vacations, loans, Sunday premiums, deductions, bonuses, PTU, Christmas bonus. * Processing of IMSS employee registrations, terminations, and salary modifications. * Control and management of disabilities and work-related risks. * Application of payroll incidents. * Timely and accurate accounting records. * Preparation and digital stamping of payroll receipts. * Support to the accounting department.
