Job Summary: This role ensures the manufacturing of solid and liquid pharmaceutical products, complying with regulations and internal policies to guarantee continuous and safe supply. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. 2. Promotes continuous improvement and autonomous maintenance (5S, 8D). 3. Actively participates in the preparation and execution of production processes. **The Position** --------------- Its purpose is to ensure the manufacturing of solid and liquid pharmaceutical products, strictly complying with Mexican regulatory requirements and those of the countries to which our products are exported. Likewise, it guarantees the correct application of current internal procedures and policies, ensuring a continuous supply of products fully adhering to quality standards that provide our patients with effective and safe medicines. **Tasks and Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Participate in pre-process documentation preparation, providing support for necessary activities in production areas before, during, and at the close of processes. * Perform material transfers and/or solution preparations according to production requirements. * Ensure the batch folder is complete prior to process start-up and verify its proper integration upon batch completion. * Execute SAP transactions related to material identification and inventory transfers between virtual locations. * Prepare tooling prior to batch initiation, as well as perform cleaning of materials and tooling. * Carry out unboxing activities when required. * Perform cleaning of areas, equipment, and line clearance, ensuring prevention of cross-contamination during production processes. * Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the process being executed, while also promoting its use among team members. * Report any identified unsafe condition or act to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment. * Ensure proper implementation of Autonomous Maintenance and Continuous Improvement practices (5S, 8D, etc.) within the area or team where operating, meeting established standards and timelines to maintain optimal condition of work areas and equipment. **Requirements** -------------- **Mandatory** --------------- * Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. * Have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or supporting conditioning activities. * Possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation practices. **Desirable** ------------- * Proficient in handling electronic equipment. * Knowledge of GMP and manufacturing systems: TPM, WCM, Lean Manufacturing.
