




Job Summary: Administer and manage customer order activities throughout the entire fulfillment cycle, ensuring accuracy, tracking, and interdepartmental collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the complete order cycle, from receipt to shipment. 2. Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure order fulfillment. 3. Requires experience in order management and customer service. **Objective:** Administer/Manage customer order activities throughout the entire order fulfillment cycle (receipt, planning, production, storage, shipment). **Responsibilities:** * Ensure accurate customer billing, including timely issuance of credit and debit notes per established policies. * Administer the complete order cycle within the system, guaranteeing accuracy in data entry, validation, and tracking until closure. * Track orders and specific customer requirements, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and conditions. * Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to ensure material availability and commitment date compliance. * Generate and update operational and metrics-based reports for the department, ensuring data integrity and consistency. **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or logistics administration. * Completed Bachelor’s degree/Engineering degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or Industrial Engineering. * Advanced English * Advanced Microsoft Office * SAP system proficiency **Competencies:** * Strategic thinking * Negotiation * Results orientation * Decision-making * Proactivity * Time management **Work Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ''eCMMS FOXCONN JUAREZ does not accept payments related to hiring and is a company free from any form of discrimination'' Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
