Coach and mentor on Continuous Improvement/LSS tools. **Rek Making Connections seeks an Operational Excellence Coordinator in García, Nuevo León** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A leading manufacturing company is seeking: **Operational Excellence Coordinator** **OBJECTIVE:** Lead the implementation of the Operational Excellence Model using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in roles related to continuous improvement, operational excellence, or manufacturing engineering. * Six Sigma certification (Green Belt; Black Belt preferred) * Lean Manufacturing certification * Valid visa (mandatory) * Willingness to travel * Advanced English language proficiency * Personal vehicle (preferred) **SKILLS**: * Leadership * Results orientation and disciplined project follow-up * Teamwork * Change management **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Coaching for Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma projects * Mentoring of current projects (strategic, commercial, and operational) * Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Lean tools—including 5S, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Kaizen, SMED, TPM, and Poka\-Yoke—in production and administrative processes * Provide training and mentoring on Continuous Improvement/LSS tools and activities across all organizational levels * Lead the deployment of the Operational Excellence Model across all business units of the Group, ensuring proper adoption and standardization. * Identify business opportunities for improvement * Coaching high-performance teams on problem-solving pathways * Active participation in current programs * Develop instructional materials, guidelines, and reference manuals to standardize knowledge of operational excellence tools * Monitor compliance with model standards in each unit, generating periodic status reports for Group leadership **SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:** * Plant located in García, N.L. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM \- 5:00 PM **COMPENSATION**: * Monthly gross salary of $40,000–$45,000 MXN * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements **Desired education level:** Bachelor’s degree or higher \- completed **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * Leadership * Teamwork * Results orientation *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0f2f03490000490039bb55\&source\=indeed*
