Opportunity for growth in a creative and dynamic environment We are looking for an Operational Coordinator capable of ensuring the proper execution of administrative and operational processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring coordination among key departments to meet company objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Process Supervision**: Monitor activities to ensure compliance with standards, identify bottlenecks, and implement timely solutions. * **Resource Optimization**: Manage personnel, materials, and time to reduce costs without compromising quality. * **Logistical Coordination**: Manage inventory, shipments, and supplier relationships to ensure on-time deliveries. * **Project Management**: Plan activities, track deadlines, and ensure objective achievement. * **Data Analysis**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and propose evidence-based improvements. * **Interdepartmental Communication**: Serve as liaison among production, logistics, finance, and human resources to maintain strategic alignment. * **Problem Resolution**: Address incidents in real time to prevent delays or losses. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunity for growth in a creative and dynamic environment. **Work Location:** Near Azcapotzalco Metro Station, CDMX.
