Ideal Profile: * Advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge of macros and basic/intermediate programming * Experience with AI tools, automation, and digital technologies * Interest in servers, intelligent assistants, neural networks, or technological development * Excellent attitude, initiative, and multitasking ability * Good command of English Main Responsibilities: * Support in operations and engineering * Preparation of quotations and support in tenders * Customer and supplier follow-up * Administrative support and marketing assistance * Delivery management and operational activities as required Development Plan: During the first 3 months, this position will follow a Trainee scheme, collaborating directly with the Engineering and Operations department, focusing on learning, training, and technical development. Subsequently, based on performance, commitment, and results, the candidate may be formally integrated as an Operations Engineer within the company.
