Role that values teamwork and problem-solving. Asia Robótica is seeking an **ON-SITE TECHNICAL ADVISOR** We are a Mexican company engaged in assembling and distributing CNC equipment. With over 15 years of experience and more than 150 employees, we strive to deliver the best automation solutions. **Education:** TSU or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering **(Valid driver’s license required)** **Knowledge:** Blueprint interpretation, tool handling, Microsoft Office, SolidWorks or AutoCAD, CNC machinery operation (preferred). **Skills:** Proficiency in tool usage and handling, teamwork, responsibility, verbal communication, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, honesty, responsibility, service-oriented attitude. **Responsibilities:** Installation of CNC machines, internal and external training, corrective and preventive maintenance. * Monthly gross salary of $9,400, tax-free, paid biweekly * Initial bonus during training period * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * After 3 months of training, attractive service-based bonuses for each **service**, **installation**, and **training** * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Company uniform / Company phone **Working Hours:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM **Work Location:** Av Himno Nacional 2151 \-A Col, Estadio, 78280 San Luis Potosí, S.L.P.
