This is how we live our Holcim Spirit culture—centered on purpose, people, and performance—to accelerate sustainable construction. **We Are Looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Operator** You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of production equipment by timely executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electromechanical systems used in cement manufacturing. **Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:** * Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment. * Conducting mechanical diagnostics to identify failures. * Providing support for equipment including bucket elevators, conveyor belts, motors, compressors, palletizers, controllers, and automation systems. **Work Location:** Ramos Arizpe Cement Plant **Essential Requirements:** * Professional or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Two years of industrial maintenance and welding experience. * Prior experience in cement plants, mining operations, or continuous-process facilities is preferred. * Knowledge of conveyor belts, bucket elevators, industrial control equipment, PLCs, and automation systems. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **DON’T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM!** **BUILD PROGRESS WITH US!** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $10,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
