**Maintenance Supervisor** -------------------------- Ensure compliance with the planned maintenance (preventive, corrective) and emergency operational plan, reducing emergencies and downtime resulting from them, by implementing preventive maintenance programs for production machinery and equipment to guarantee operational continuity, applying innovations and always ensuring compliance with safety standards, IATF 16949:2016 and environmental guidelines. ================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== **Job Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------- Ensure operational continuity of machinery and equipment: * Detect potential or emergent failures to prevent and/or correct them. * Identify critical spare parts for equipment to ensure backup availability enabling rapid response to emergent failures. * Carry out intervention programs on machinery involving human resources, specialized machinery, and repair methods. * Coordinate and negotiate with production control regarding planned machine shutdowns to avoid interference with production schedules. * Identify control points for monitoring machinery, equipment & facilities. * Define control and measurement methods and analyze results using statistical process control. * Document outcomes of major or most relevant interventions. * Evaluate preventive maintenance versus downtime. **Education and Qualifications** -------------------------------- Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related degree. **Skills and Competencies** --------------------------- Pneumatics Hydraulics Electrical systems Lubrication Electrical control Power transmission Mechanical drawing Electrical drawing eMaint software SIEMENS / ALLEN BRADLEY PLCs TPM Hot forging principles Induction heating Automation Critical spare parts management IATF 16949 knowledge ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System knowledge ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Problem solving English
