Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the optimization and execution of industrial maintenance plans, ensuring equipment availability and continuous improvement. Implement TPM tools and team-based work ### **ELIS, a company dedicated to textile rental and laundry services, is hiring** ### **Maintenance Manager** ### **with 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.** ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Mechatronics Engineer. (Do not apply if you do not hold a completed degree) * Knowledge of TPM * Lean Manufacturing (Six Sigma) * Core Tools * Hydraulics * Mechanics and Pneumatics * Plus: Experience operating boilers and water treatment plants * Budget management, presentation of results, and project progress reporting * Minimum 80% English proficiency * Develop work plans that optimize the execution of maintenance tasks * Prepare Maintenance Budget Optimization Plans and budget savings plans for the department * Implement TPM tools and team-based work to optimize maintenance task execution * Define and evaluate preventive, corrective, scheduled, and predictive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment availability * Communicate strategies, objectives, and projects to the Maintenance Management team to achieve continuous improvement and meet KPIs defined by senior management * Establish and define preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance procedures to ensure equipment availability * Knowledge of ISO standards, Mexican Official Standards, warehouse administration, and quality management **Competencies:** * Building efficient work teams * Developing a proper customer service process * Understanding a sense of urgency * Planning and execution * Knowledge of the 5S methodology **Our Offer:** ### **$40,000 to $50,000 per month before taxes (based on experience)** * Food vouchers: 7% more than the assigned salary \= $2,800 to $3,500 per month based on the assigned salary (Enreed food voucher card) * Christmas bonus: 30 days' salary per year * + ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of the first year (100% vacation bonus) * Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) * Major medical insurance for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 * Savings fund (once the plant is operational) * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling (if required) **Our location:** Parque Industrial La Silla Apodaca, 66600 Cdad.
