We solve complex problems by seeking integrated, data-driven solutions—from the initial stages of consulting and engineering, human resources, through to the launch of our clients’ operations.** **Job Mission:** Objective: Improve current operational processes to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness through Lean best practices. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering (intern/graduate) Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Consulting, Administration, Services, or Manufacturing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify opportunities for improvement within current processes; document administrative, tactical, and operational processes; and propose viable alternatives to optimize performance—increasing efficiency while maintaining customer-facing service levels. * Evaluate, diagnose, and design processes, procedures, and systems for simplification, integration, automation, and updating—with the goal of improving efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes. * Collaborate in the planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects; promote, plan, execute, and document the implementation of Lean best practices. * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented improvements and adjust strategies as needed. * Actively participate in the conceptualization, development, and execution of end-to-end client improvements to validate feasibility and ensure achievement of objectives from business, process, and client deliverable perspectives. **Knowledge:** * Lean Six Sigma Management * Lean Startup **We Offer:** Cafeteria Transportation Uniforms Savings Fund Grocery Vouchers Statutory Benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $15,500.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
