Developing and standardizing process manuals **OBJECTIVE:** Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve efficiency and quality through projects and process changes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** ● Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. ● Analyze performance metrics (efficiency, waste, etc.) to support decision-making. ● Design, propose, and lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing. ● Develop, update, and standardize process manuals and work instructions. Prepare and present periodic reports on incidents and departmental performance metrics, including efficiency charts. ● Design, update, and archive internal control forms (progress, quality, etc.). ● Organize and maintain technical files containing specifications, samples, and relevant documentation. ● Ensure all documentation complies with the company’s guidelines for accuracy and confidentiality. **WORK SCHEDULE:** **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
