This position is aimed at recent graduates and students in their final semesters or completing professional internships (about to graduate) from degrees related to data or technology, with an interest in launching their professional careers by participating in results analysis, visualization, and support for continuous improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities:** ● Analyze implementation results of projects to measure impact and generate actionable conclusions. ● Create and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python with Pandas/Plotly/Matplotlib, or similar solutions). ● Support data extraction, cleaning, and preparation from various sources (databases, APIs, files). ● Document analyses and results reports to ensure traceability and clear communication. ● Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects alongside the Data and Continuous Improvement team. ● Collaborate with other departments to understand information needs and support data-driven decision-making. **Requirements** ● Recent graduate or student in final semesters prior to graduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related fields. ● Intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries). ● Knowledge of SQL for queries (joins, aggregations, filters) and data extraction. ● Ability to analyze information and present clear conclusions (basic data storytelling). ● Interest in joining automation and continuous improvement projects. ● Availability of 30–40 hours per week (full-time ideal, or possibility to transition to full-time upon graduation). **Skills** ● Analytical thinking and results orientation. ● Curiosity to learn new analytics tools and technologies. ● Clear communication and ability to document processes. ● Proactivity and accountability in meeting objectives. ● Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments. **Desired Skills** ● Prior experience (academic or professional) building interactive dashboards or reports using code. ● Basic knowledge of statistics applied to results analysis. ● Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, BigQuery) and version control (Git).
