Our focus on quality and growth is what makes us a preferred employer and helps sustain our culture of excellence. **Job Description** Support the analysis, improvement, and standardization of production processes, contributing to optimizing cycle times, reducing waste, and increasing operational efficiency within the plant. **What You’ll Do** * Support process mapping and development of flowcharts. * Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). * Conduct time and motion studies. * Assist in documenting procedures, work instructions, and work standards. * Analyze root causes of line issues and propose solutions. **Who You Are** Currently enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. **What’s in It for You** * Accident insurance * 20 hours per week to be covered.
