Excellent working environment Industrial Instrument Technician – Oil & Gas Specialist **Location:** Veracruz **Employment Type:** Project-based **Industry Sector:** Industrial – Oil & Gas Job Description An industrial-sector company is seeking an **Instrument Technician with experience in Oil & Gas projects**, responsible for field installation, calibration, maintenance, and commissioning of measurement and control instruments, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Main Responsibilities * Installation and wiring of pressure, temperature, level, and flow instruments. * Assembly of tubing and instrument supports. * Calibration and configuration of transmitters and control valves. * Interpretation of P&ID diagrams, loop diagrams, and electrical drawings. * Loop checking and commissioning. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation systems. * Strict adherence to industrial safety standards. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial projects (Oil & Gas preferred). * Knowledge of field instrumentation and control systems. * Proficiency in using calibrators and measurement equipment (HART, multifunctional, etc.). * Familiarity with PLCs and SCADA systems is desirable. * Availability for field work and project-based assignments. * Valid safety certifications (DC-3, working at heights, confined spaces, etc.). Education * Technical degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electromechanics, or related field.
