Job Summary: Coordinate maintenance and general services activities to ensure the operation and preservation of offices, warehouses, buildings, vehicles, and tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 2. Supervision of suppliers and general services. 3. Ensuring optimal operating and safety conditions. We are seeking a candidate with experience coordinating maintenance and general services activities to ensure the operation and preservation of offices, warehouses, buildings, vehicles, and tools. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree, engineering degree, or related technical program (preferred but not mandatory). * 2 years of experience in facility, building, or general services maintenance. * Experience coordinating staff and suppliers. * General knowledge of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and maintenance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Organizational skills and results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Manage programs, logs, and incident tracking. * Supervise suppliers and general services (e.g., air conditioning, landscaping). * Coordinate maintenance of buildings, offices, and warehouses. * Monitor maintenance of vehicles and tools. * Ensure optimal operating and safety conditions.
