Job Summary: Provide technical and operational support in project management, preparation of technical proposals and quotations, and support in calculations to contribute to the sales process. Support in calculations and integration of solutions (electrical installations and HVAC) **Job Objective** Provide technical and operational support in project management, including site surveys, preparation of technical proposals and quotations, and support in calculations and integration of solutions (electrical installations and HVAC), actively contributing to the sales process through technical customer service and generation of competitive proposals. **Academic Profile** · Completed bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering (HVAC-related coursework preferred). · Minimum experience: professional internships or social service experience on construction sites or projects. · Willingness to travel · Valid driver’s license **Main Responsibilities** · Conduct site visits, perform physical and photographic surveys, and take measurements and dimensions required for project development. · Prepare preliminary sketches of the area. · Validate technical conditions for installation. · Develop proposals and quotations; prepare construction budgets. · Quote electrical installations, equipment, materials, and integrate cost analysis. · Support basic HVAC calculations (thermal load calculations, preliminary equipment selection). · Commercial collaboration; prepare technical proposals for clients. · Provide technical support during the sales process. · Deliver basic technical explanations of solutions to clients. · Follow up on quotations. · Make technical adjustments according to client requirements. · Design support: prepare basic drawings, adjust layouts, update drawings. **Technical Knowledge** · AutoCAD (mandatory) · Revit (preferred) · Intermediate Excel (cost analysis) · Ability to read architectural and structural drawings · Basic knowledge of: electrical installations, plumbing and sanitary installations · HVAC (basic thermal load calculations) · Budget interpretation Please send your resume via this channel or by email to talentohumano@airref.com.mx Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
