Location: Field-based position with home offices in Guadalajara, Jal. (national mobility required). Who Are We? Employment Terms: * Monthly Salary: Competitive base salary (commensurate with technical experience and certifications). * Statutory Benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, and vacation time. * Year-End Bonus: 30 days (above statutory requirement). * Tools: Per diems, fuel cards, and field-support tools provided. * Stability: Initial probationary contract with strong potential for permanent placement based on performance. Key Responsibilities: * Technical Maintenance: Execution of preventive and corrective services for life-support medical technology in hospital units. * Diagnosis and Repair: Identification of faults at component or system level, ensuring compliance with manufacturer safety standards. * Operational Control: Preparation of detailed service reports and responsible management of per diem and assigned travel expense documentation. * Customer Support: Technical consultation and basic training for end-user personnel in hospitals. Required Profile: * Education: Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field (degree holder or intern with experience). * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable field service (Field Service) experience. * Knowledge: Proficiency with measurement tools, ability to read electronic schematics, and understanding of electrical safety protocols. * Skills: Basic–intermediate Excel skills for report generation and expense tracking. * Availability: Willingness and ability to travel and respond to service requests across various regions of the country with urgency.
