Your Primary Objective: Ensure that our exclusive job openings and multi-brand programs are always staffed with the best personnel, meeting nationwide coverage targets within 5 to 10 business days. **What will you do with us?** 360-Degree Recruitment: From flyer distribution and job fairs to strategic use of social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and online job boards. * Specialized Selection: Competency-based interviews for operational profiles. * Talent Management: Building personnel files (physical and digital), conducting background checks, and supporting active staff to maintain monthly turnover below 5%. * Data Analysis: Weekly and monthly reporting using performance indicators (KPIs). **What are we looking for?** *Education*: Bachelor’s degree (minimum incomplete) in Psychology, Business Administration, or Social Work. *Experience*: Minimum 1 year recruiting operational profiles (Mass hiring — Mandatory). Must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle — Preferred). **TRAVEL AVAILABILITY IS MANDATORY** Key Skills: Advanced proficiency in social media and time management. Results-oriented mindset and resilience (frustration tolerance).
