The role interacts directly with U.S. teams and regulatory authorities, supporting cross-border manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and U.S. trade legislation. * Support EU Dual-Use compliance for European customers and suppliers. * Classify products, software, and technical data (USML, CCL, Dual\-Use). * Determine and validate T-MEC origin qualification through BOM and regional content analysis. * Issue and validate T-MEC Certificates of Origin. * Support space and defense programs with controlled technology. * Review international transfers of technical data and remote access. * Coordinate directly with U.S.-based Compliance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams. * Respond to customs audits and governmental requirements. * Deliver export compliance and T-MEC training at the Chihuahua site. **Job Requirements** -------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Trade, Law, Business, or related field. * 3–7\+ years of experience in export compliance and foreign trade. * Solid knowledge of ITAR, EAR, U.S. trade legislation, and T-MEC. * Experience working with U.S. teams. * Advanced English proficiency. **But what else?
