***Carrier México is seeking a KanBan Expediter for Plant B located at Parque Stiva, Santa Catarina.*** **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree or related field in Business or Engineering. **Job Objective:** Ensure continuous and timely material flow based on Just-In-Time (JIT) and KANBAN principles, guaranteeing correct component availability for production, minimizing inventory, and preventing line stoppages. **Areas of Experience:** Production, Procurement, Logistics, Materials, Shipping. **Key Responsibilities:** Requesting, reviewing, and monitoring material coverage with suppliers. \- Follow-up meetings with suppliers and/or escalations to ensure coverage. \- Supplier visits to review opportunities, processes, and address escalations. \- Review of supplier-proposed deviation materials with the supplier and multidisciplinary team. \- Participation in invoice reviews and related payment matters. \- Support in additional Materials activities, including CX and SWAT initiatives. **Requirements and Knowledge:** Teamwork, Service-oriented attitude, Verbal and written communication skills, Sense of urgency, Analytical thinking, Business judgment, Decision-making ability, Proactiveness, Willingness to rotate shifts, Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency, SAP. **WE OFFER** **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, INFONAVIT, 32-day Christmas bonus, Initial vacation entitlement of 12 days per year. **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements:** Free transportation, Subsidized cafeteria, Punctuality bonus, Productivity bonus, Uniforms, Birth assistance, Bereavement assistance, School scholarships starting from the first year of employment. **Willingness to rotate shifts** **Work Location: Santa Catarina** Salary: $17,200\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
