




We are seeking to hire one engineering student for the Operations Department of our Benavente (Zamora) branch, under a **6-month internship program, followed by potential indefinite-term employment**. The selected candidate will undergo training based on the following responsibilities: * Management and monitoring of engineering projects. * Project management applying the specified methodology (Waterfall, Waterfall Light, or Agile). * Supporting the project manager in administering and documenting contract closure negotiations with suppliers. * Analysis of engineering drawings. * Collaboration with various project stakeholders. * Monitoring of project budgets. * Feasibility analysis of projects using NPV, IRR, or PAYBACK metrics. * Verification of certificates, licenses, and documents to ensure regulatory compliance. * Proposing solutions for optimization and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field. * In the final year of studies with minimal academic workload. * Availability to complete a 6-month internship. * Ability to sign a collaboration agreement with your university or educational institution. Working Hours: * Rotating schedule. Monday to Friday, either 9:00–17:30 (with a 30-minute break) or 14:00–22:30 (with a 30-minute break). * If, for any reason, your university or educational institution does not permit a 40-hour weekly schedule under the collaboration agreement, a 35-hour weekly schedule may be accepted, with corresponding adjustment of the above-mentioned working hours.
