This position focuses on the attraction and selection of **electrical and mechanical engineers**, ensuring that hired candidates meet the technical and professional competencies required by the company’s projects. **Job Responsibilities:** * Identification, evaluation, and management of key suppliers and contractors related to engineering services. * Drafting, posting, and managing job vacancies targeting **electrical and mechanical engineers** on job boards, social media, and internal platforms. * Reviewing and screening resumes with a focus on engineering profiles, verifying experience in areas such as electrical design, industrial maintenance, automation, and applied mechanics. * Administering and interpreting psychometric and technical assessments specifically designed for engineering candidates. * Coordinating and conducting initial interviews (telephone, virtual, and in-person), emphasizing validation of technical knowledge and practical skills. * Preparing economic proposals and supporting the hiring process for specialized engineers. * Assisting with onboarding, orientation, and entry documentation to ensure the effective integration of new engineers into the team. * Providing support and assistance to employees regarding questions or work-related issues arising from engineering projects.
