Job Summary: This role focuses on process planning and validation, ensuring product quality, coordinating improvements, and managing documentation and risk analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead process validation and improvement to optimize production. 2. Ensure product quality standards and process documentation. 3. Coordinate audits and manage new engineering projects. 1\- Plan process validation and provide tools and documentation to produce parts on time and according to the corresponding process. 2\- Ensure compliance with finished product quality standards by establishing validated methods and processes. 3\- Coordinate process improvement activities with a focus on defect prevention and elimination of process bottlenecks; activities to enhance countermeasures against defects. 4\- Administer and supervise the creation of process/product management documentation (TI, AV, records) for use by operations personnel. 5\- Coordinate time-and-motion studies of assigned production processes to optimize resource utilization. 6\- Coordinate and lead risk analysis for assigned areas. 7\- Coordinate preparation for and follow-up on internal and external audits to meet specific customer requirements as well as governmental regulatory responsibilities. 8\- Issue, implement, and maintain DF\-P, AMEF\-P, and PC\-P for all part numbers produced in assigned areas to keep the system updated and controlled. 9\- Manage planning for new projects: new part numbers, design changes, new machinery, process changes, etc. 10\- Promote teamwork and autonomy among engineers; manage and supervise engineers’ activities on specific improvement tasks to ensure timely completion. 11\- Hold ultimate responsibility for the technical department’s work.
